Explore London in this life-sized game of Monopoly!
The London Monopoly Run is a “live” version of the famous Monopoly board game. Teams travel around London visiting the original Monopoly board locations and taking part in probably the biggest game of Monopoly ever!
We are once again offering the opportunity for Scouts and Explorer Scouts from all groups in Harrogate and Nidderdale District to join around 9000 other Scouts and Explorers from around the UK.
The London Monopoly Run is a life size version of the classic game. Each team takes part using a mobile app, navigating around London to buy property and earn rent. Additional money can be earnt from challenges and quizzes, but can also be lost through chance cards and paying rent. Teams can travel on foot or using buses and trains.
Teams will be formed of 3-6 Scouts or Explorers. All Scout teams will have a leader with them during the Monopoly Run. Explorer teams may be given the opportunity to participate without leader supervision subject to parent permission nearer the event.
The costs for London Monopoly Run 2027 is just £130. This includes all travel, activity and accomodation, and some meals.
